The Creative Reset Challenge

A 7-Day Challenge to Realign with Your Creative Identity

You’ve probably been taught that if you want to take your creativity seriously, you need to get serious.

You need a better routine. More discipline. You need to stay consistent, don’t break the chain, wake up earlier, make more time—basically, completely overhaul your life.

And if you’ve tried that before, you probably already know what happens.

You make the plan.

You’re excited about the plan.

And then real life happens—and suddenly you’re right back where you started.

I want to show you a different way.

It’s something I call a Minimum Viable Practice.

Instead of starting with what you think you should be able to do, we’re going to start with the capacity you actually have—and create a tiny creative or spiritual practice that gives that part of you somewhere to exist in your life again.

That’s what we’re doing inside the 7-Day Creative Reset Challenge.

What will we do?

As soon as you join, you’ll get access to Spiritual Being, the challenge, and our opening ritual.

Then, from September 10th through the 16th, I’ll drop one short teaching each day to help you work through the practical and emotional obstacles that keep stopping you from showing up for yourself.

What will I leave with?

A short, aligned habit that aligns you with the most creative, connected, and abundant version of yourself. A way of showing up for your creativity that feels simple, repeatable, and sustainable to maintain. The sense of confidence that comes from showing up for a commitment you made to yourself, without all of the pressure and shame.

How does Spiritual Being fit in?

This challenge is hosted inside Spiritual Being, my group guidance program for sensitive, creative people on a spiritual journey. Spiritual Being is a monthly membership and home to a classroom of creative rituals, astrology classes, and my signature vision boarding framework for creating a life you love.

While Spiritual Being is a membership, you’re welcome to join for the challenge and to cancel your membership once you’re finished.

Can I join late?

Start the challenge whenever it works for you! There’s always a supportive community meeting inside Spiritual Being, and you’re welcome to join a live ritual or study hall for additional support and guidance on your journey.

Do I have time for this?

The recommended minimum practice is five minutes. If you’ve read this point and you can show up for five minutes, you have time for this challenge.

The five minutes isn’t really about five minutes.

It’s about building the capacity to become the creative person you already know you want to be.

And imagine where you could be a week from now if, instead of creating another giant plan for changing your life, you had one small practice you were actually excited to keep doing.
