The Creative Identity Reset
A 7-day challenge to stop waiting until you have more time, discipline or confidence—and start becoming the creative person you want to be now.
Maybe you want to make art again.
Write the book. Pick up your instrument. Create the deck. Build the project. Reconnect with your spiritual practice.
Or maybe you don't quite call yourself a creative person yet—
but you know you want more creativity, expression and aliveness in your life.
You’ve probably been taught that if you want to take your creativity seriously,
you need to get serious.
You need a better routine. More discipline. More consistency.
Don't break the chain. Wake up earlier. Make more time. Get organized. Lock in.
Basically: become the version of yourself who already has the capacity to do all of this overnight.
And if you've tried that before, you probably already know what happens.
You make the plan.
You're excited about the plan.
Then real life happens.
Work gets busy. Someone needs you. You're exhausted. You miss a day.
And suddenly you're right back where you started—except now you have even more evidence for the story:
Maybe I just don't have the time.
Maybe I'm not disciplined enough.
Maybe I'm not really an artist/writer/creative person after all.
I want to show you a different way.
It's something I call a Minimum Viable Practice.
Instead of starting with what you think you should be able to do, we'll start with the capacity you actually have.
Then we'll create one tiny creative practice that gives the person you're becoming somewhere to exist in your life right now.
Because you don't have to make your vision smaller.
You need to make your entry point smaller.
That’s what we’re doing inside the 7-Day Creative Identity Reset.

Give me the method. I'll take it from here.
You'll receive the complete 7-day Creative Identity Reset to move through at your own pace, including the opening ritual, daily teachings, and my Minimum Viable Practice method.
I want Ash in my corner while I do it.
I'll personally check in with you each day of your Creative Reset. You'll have a private space to share what's working, where you're getting stuck, and what emotions or resistance are coming up. I'll respond with personalized coaching and help you adjust your Minimum Practice as you go. Messages are asynchronous. I'll respond during my normal coaching hours rather than in real time.
What will we actually do?
As soon as you join, you'll get access to the full challenge and an optional opening ritual.
Each day, you'll read one short teaching designed to help you recognize and move through one of the practical or emotional obstacles that keeps stopping you from creating.
You'll experiment with doing less, on purpose.
You'll identify what you actually have capacity for.
You'll practice leaving things unfinished.
You'll learn to recognize when planning, perfectionism or waiting for inspiration is keeping you from beginning.
And you'll create a Minimum Viable Practice you can actually return to when real life happens.
This isn't seven days of trying to be your most productive self.
It's seven days of giving your creative self somewhere to exist.
What will I leave with?
By the end of your seven days, you'll have:
A Minimum Viable Practice that actually fits your life.
A simple way to reconnect with your creativity without needing the perfect mood, schedule or burst of motivation.
More evidence that you can trust yourself to show up for something that matters to you.
A way to adjust your expectations when your capacity changes—without turning that into evidence that you've failed.
And most importantly:
somewhere small enough to begin building the creative life and body of work you actually want.
Because your Minimum Practice isn't the final vision.
It's how you start building the capacity for it.
But do I actually have time for this?
I'm going to recommend that your Minimum Practice takes about five minutes.
So if you've made it this far and you can find five minutes, yes.
You have time for this challenge.
And I know what you might be thinking:
Five minutes isn't enough.
Enough for what?
Probably not to write your entire book.
Or paint a finished piece.
Or create an oracle deck.
But that's not what we're asking five minutes to do.
Five minutes isn't really about five minutes.
It's an anchor.
It's one small decision that tells your brain:
This part of me gets to exist, too.
You show up.
Then you do it again.
It gets easier.
Your capacity grows.
Your work accumulates.
And eventually, you look around and realize you've made far more than you could when you were still waiting for the perfect plan.
Keep the big vision. Make the entry point smaller.
Imagine where you could be a week from now if, instead of creating another giant plan for changing your life, you had one small practice you were actually excited to keep doing.
Your Day One starts whenever you're ready.
